​We provide fixed price IT support agreements for all your servers, computers, network infrastructure and cloud services, this really does give you the ability to accurately budget for your IT expenditure without incurring extra charges for call outs or “out of scope” work.
With Uniq there’s nothing that’s out of scope, we are your IT department and we’ll manage your IT to make sure it runs optimally, is up to date and secure. We use secure remote access to manage day to day issues for your staff, if we can’t resolve it remotely, we’ll attend site to fix the problem.

Most businesses we deal with need help and advice about their IT, if it is developing a new system, migrating to the cloud or upgrading equipment. If you want us to come in and discuss anything that’s all included in the support agreement, we really are your in house IT department.
